Daniel's Plain is a family winery located in Northwestern Bulgaria, established in 2023 with the ambition to offer premium Bulgarian wines made from high-quality grapes. The winery owns vineyards that were planted over 10 years ago with tireless effort and passion, producing grapes with unique qualities for creating rich and complex wines.

The winery is located in the heart of the vineyards, which guarantees the preservation of the quality characteristics of the grapes during the winemaking process. The vineyards extend over 2000 acres, the varieties are carefully selected after a thorough analysis of the soil and climate, in order to produce wines with unique, specific flavors and aromas.

The vineyard's varietal selection is in line with the latest winemaking trends, with an emphasis on white varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Tamyanka and the less traditional Muscat Giallo, Pinot Grigio, Malvasia and Chardonnay Rosé. For the red varieties, we grow the classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, along with Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir and Carmenere, which produce lighter and more elegant wines.
